Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the practices described herein. This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service (the “Terms”).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information received from third parties.

1.1. Information You Provide Directly

  • Account Information: Full name, email address, username, and password.
  • Contact Details: Phone number and any secondary contact information you add to your profile.
  • Shipping Addresses: Origin addresses (“ship from” locations) and destination addresses (“ship to” locations) that you save to your account address book. This includes street address, city, state, ZIP code, and country.
  • Recipient Information: Names, addresses, and phone numbers of individuals or businesses to whom you are shipping.
  • Package Information: Package dimensions, weight, declared value, contents description, and any special handling instructions you enter.
  • Payment Information: Credit or debit card numbers, PayPal account identifiers, and bank account information for ACH transactions.
  • Communications: The content of messages you send to our customer support team, feedback you submit, and responses to surveys.
  • Business Information: If you register as a business user, your company name, EIN or tax ID, and billing address.

1.2. Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Service, certain information is collected automatically through cookies, web beacons, log files, and similar technologies:

  • Device and Browser Data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, screen resolution, and time zone.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, links clicked, search queries entered, time spent on pages, and navigation paths through the Service.
  • Transaction Logs: Records of shipping labels purchased, rates requested, carrier selections, and payment transactions.
  • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use session cookies (deleted when you close your browser), persistent cookies (retained for a set period), and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. See Section 7.
  • Location Data: General geographic location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location without your express consent.

1.3. Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from:

  • Carriers (“UPS,” “USPS,” and “FedEx”): Shipment tracking events, delivery confirmations, exception notifications, and claims data related to labels purchased through our Service.
  • Payment Processors: Transaction confirmation, fraud signals, and chargeback notifications from our payment processing partners.
  • Identity Verification Services: If we implement identity or address verification, we may receive verification results from third-party providers.
  • Analytics Providers: Aggregated and anonymized data from analytics services to understand usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Evaluating and improving carrier partnerships;
  • Supporting potential business transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, or financing (see Section 4.5).

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share your information only as described below. We do not sell or “share” (as defined under California or other state privacy laws) your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3.1. Shipping Carriers

To fulfill your shipment requests, we transmit necessary information—including sender name and address, recipient name and address, package details, and declared value—to the carrier you select (UPS, USPS, or FedEx). Each carrier processes this information subject to its own privacy policy and terms of service. Once a label is purchased, the selected carrier (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) may send us tracking updates, delivery confirmations, exception notifications, and claims information. We use this data solely to display accurate tracking in your account and to assist with support inquiries. This information is retained according to the schedule in Section 4.

3.2. Payment Processors

We share payment information with our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processing vendors (which may include Stripe, PayPal, or their successors) solely to process transactions.

3.3. Service Providers

We engage third-party vendors to assist in operating the Service, including cloud hosting providers, email delivery services, customer support platforms, analytics tools, and fraud detection services. These providers access your information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

3.4. Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a legal obligation, court order, or valid legal process; (b) protect the rights, property, or safety of Logirates, our users, or the public; (c) detect, prevent, or address fraud or security issues; or (d) enforce our Terms.

3.5. Business Transfers

If Clickbox Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

3.6. Aggregated and De-Identified Data

We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information—which cannot reasonably be used to identify you—with partners, researchers, or the public for any purpose.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Our general retention practices are:

  • Account Information: Retained for the life of your account plus five (5) years following account closure, to support potential disputes and legal obligations.
  • Shipment Records and Transaction Logs: Retained for seven (7) years to support tax reporting, audits, carrier claims, and legal compliance.
  • Payment Records: Retained for seven (7) years in accordance with financial recordkeeping requirements. Full card data is never stored by Logirates.
  • Customer Support Communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction.
  • Usage and Analytics Data: Retained in identifiable form for up to two (2) years, then aggregated or deleted.
  • Cookies: Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies expire as specified in Section 7.

When information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher;
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest;
  • PCI-DSS-compliant payment processing through certified third-party processors;
  • Access controls limiting employee access to personal information on a need-to-know basis;
  • Regular security assessments and vulnerability testing;
  • Incident response procedures in the event of a data breach.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users and applicable regulators as required by law.

We treat payment card information as sensitive and never store full card numbers ourselves (they are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party providers). We do not collect or process any special category data (e.g., health, biometric, or precise geolocation) beyond what is strictly necessary for shipping.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects on users.

6. Your Rights and Choices
