Do I need to install anything?
No. LogiRates works in any modern browser on Mac or Windows.
Do I need an account to compare rates?
No. Rates are open to everyone. You sign in when you’re ready to buy a label, so your shipments and history stay in one place.
Which carriers can I use?
USPS, UPS and FedEx, under direct contracts. Shipping within the US.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay for the labels you buy. No monthly fee, no minimum volume.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout, through Stripe. LogiRates doesn’t store your card details.
How do I track my parcel?
Open it in Shipments. You see its status, estimated delivery and every scan from the carrier.
Can I create many labels at once?
Yes. Add your orders from a file, check the quotes, pay once and print the batch.
Is my parcel insured?
Most services include coverage up to $100, set by the carrier. You can add more when you book.
