Before you start
Is there a subscription or a monthly fee?
No. You pay for the labels you buy. There is no contract and no minimum volume.
Do I need a separate business account?
No. Everyone starts with the same account. Once you add your company details, business features such as team access are switched on.
Which carriers are available?
USPS, UPS and FedEx. We work with them under direct contracts.
Can I create many labels at once?
Yes. Upload a CSV file with your orders and LogiRates creates a shipment for every row. You check the batch, pay once and print.
Can I connect my Shopify store?
Direct store integrations are in development, Shopify comes first. Today you can export orders from your store to a CSV file and upload it. Leave your email above to get access first.
Is my parcel insured?
Coverage up to $100 is included on most services. You can add more when you create a shipment.
Can several people use one account?
Yes. Add your company details in the account settings, then invite colleagues and choose what each of them can access.
Do you have an API?
